Centre Luna Yoga co-manager and certified leader Bram Levinson incorporates the world of ancient Hindu mythology into an active vinyasa practice. This dynamic class explores the rich tapestry of the myths that have served to inspire the Yoga postures we know so well and revisit so often. Bring your practice to new, illuminating heights by infusing it with an element of story-telling and philosophy, allowing your approach to each posture to be forever re-defined by the poignant, inspiring, and above all, relevant mythic tales.
